Forum Behavior Guidelines
Although we all share one common passion – K/Coolies – we are otherwise a varied group, with diverse cultural backgrounds, ages, experience levels, ethics etc. People who are easily offended, or who are not accustomed to having their opinions (including deeply personal convictions) challenged may not feel entirely comfortable here. Due to such an assortment of different people, The K/Coolie Forum has adopted these basic forum behavior guidelines: 1.) Each member is allowed one login account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in removal of both accounts without notice. 2.) Vulgarities, whether they be language, images or other offensive material, including, but not limited to, race, nudity or pornography will not be tolerated. The administrators and moderators shall be the sole judges of what does and does not violate the board's standards. 3.) Debating and discussion is fine. We encourage it. However, respect your fellow members. Different members are likely to express different opinions, and while they may differ from yours, everyone is entitled to express theirs freely. We will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. Our decision is final in these matters. 4.) Anyone found to be making inflammatory posts and remarks on other forums to start Board Wars will lose their posting privileges here. This rule also applies to those that, for whatever reason, feel a need to post negative remarks about this site on other forums. If you do, expect to have your account deleted. 5.) Double posting, or starting a thread with the same information in two or more categories, is not allowed and can result in the deletion of one or both posts. We understand that sometimes a topic may fit into multiple categories, but try to pick the best one. Topics listed under incorrect categories can and will be moved by moderators or administrators. 6.) Multiple, repeated or meaningless posting will not be tolerated. Examples of this would be one word, "smiley” only, nonsense posts, etc. 7.) If you have a problem or complaint about the forum in general, or with another member, please either PM or email an administrator or moderator. They will evaluate the situation and execute the proper actions. If you find a post offensive you can report it to a moderator. 8.) Moderators wishing to make comments pertaining to the administration or moderation of the forum should post in the Moderators Forum. 9.) Anyone found to be copying information from the restricted or moderators’ forum and sharing it with other members or non-members will have their accounts suspended or deleted. 10.) Allowing other people to log on to your account will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate deletion of your account. 11.) Decisions made by the administrators are final and not up for discussion on the public forum. If you disagree with any decision contact the administrator privately. 12.) As a dynamic and ever-changing community, we can never anticipate every situation that may occur. For this reason, we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure that members and the forum itself is not abused or mistreated in any way. 13) If for some reason you decide not to participate in the forum further, please be aware we do not delete accounts or mass delete member’s posts on request. Once you have released your comments to the world-wide web, there is no assumption of privacy, and no taking it back. These rules may be amended over time without notice. Violations of the above rules will result in a private warning which will alter your warn level. If you receive 3 warnings your account may be suspended for an appropriate amount of time, permanently suspended or deleted. Over time your warn level will decrease provided you abide by the rules. Should any further violations occur, permanent suspension may result. We ask that members keep in mind that membership to this forum is a privilege, NOT a right. As a private forum, the administrator and moderators have total say as to which members are, and are not allowed. The same rule applies for posts and threads; anything deemed to be inappropriate, as defined by these rules, will be removed, and the violators will be disciplined accordingly. -------------------- Tabitha Parker email | info@toolallakoolies.com msn messenger | tabithaparker455455@hotmail.com facebook | tabitha parker phone | 0434 161 395 Toolalla Koolies Facebook Page |
